This data set contains Inter Simple Sequence Repeat band frequencies (ISSR) for eight Snowy Plover sampling areas in North America and Puerto Rico. The sampling areas are Puerto Rico, Florida, Texas, Great Plains, Utah, Eastern Oregon, Oregon Coast, and California.
