This coverage was developed with data from the DNR's NPDS database. The old WWTP layer has been reformatted. It contained treatment plants and outfalls which are now separate layers. This outfall layer contains the portion of WWTP that were outfalls. In addition, there is a wastewater NPDES facility layer which represents the whole facility, usually as the center of the facility, or driveway (plant entrance).
